If you listed tickets but don't see them under the venue's section, it's possible your listing isn't linked right. This means it won't show up when someone clicks that section of the venue map. To check: 

  1. Go to 'My tickets' > 'Listings'
  2. Find the listing and click 'Edit listing'
  3. Under 'Seat details' choose the dropdown to pick your ticket section. You can type your section, but we recommend choosing from the list once you find it.
    • Did you enter the wrong row? You'll need to delete the listing and re-post them for sale. You can't update an active listing's row.
