A PDF ticket is an electronic document commonly used for many venues. In StubHub International, you can find these tickets as Electronic. 


There are two types of delivery, depending on the listing from which you purchase the tickets.

  • Immediate delivery: the tickets will be pre-loaded onto the listing and as soon as the purchase is confirmed, you will be able to download them.
  • No immediate delivery: the tickets will be delivered close to the estimated delivery date set by the seller when creating the listing. Once it does, you will receive an email informing you that your tickets are ready for download.


How to download the tickets?

As mentioned above, you will receive a delivery confirmation email when the tickets are associated with the order. A 'Print tickets' button will appear in that email and follow the steps below: 

  1. Log into your profile
  2. Go to the 'Orders', 'Current' tab and search for your order
    • Please note that the tickets will only be available for download until the start time of the event. That is why we recommend downloading them as soon as they become available.
  3. Click on 'Get tickets'
  4. Click on 'View tickets' in the new window.
  5. A PDF file will be downloaded.  



How to download multi-day tickets?

For a multi-day event (i.e. festivals, tournaments, car races, etc.), the promoter may issue one ticket per day per attendee. In this case, the delivery process is slightly different. You will not be able to download the tickets from your profile, but we will send them to you via email.
