- Are the tickets I bought real? We ensure that your tickets are genuine and guarantee that you will be able to enter the event.
- Are all tickets for seats next to each other? Tickets from the same listing on StubHub International are guaranteed to be adjoining, ensuring groups can enjoy events together seamlessly. However, tickets from separate listings, even with the same location information, may not be correlated or adjacent to each other.
- If any of these things don't happen, we'll find you comparable or better tickets or offer you a refund or credit for a future order
- If your event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you'll get a full refund
- Sellers will not get paid for their sales until you attended the event

- Set your price when you list and adjust it at any time before your tickets sell
- After your tickets sell, ticket delivery is fast and hassle free, followed by timely payment in accordance with the StubHub International User Agreement
