I know my current password and want to change it
If you remember your password and want to update it from a desktop:
- Go to your Profile and in the Account Info section, click on Change password.
 - Enter your current password.
 - Type in a new one folloring our security tips (below).
 - Click Update password to save your changes.
 
I forgot my password
Important: Don’t try to log in more than three times with the wrong password — your account may be temporarily locked.
To reset your password from a browser or mobile app:
- On the login screen, click Forgot your password?
 - Enter the email address associated with your StubHub International account.
 - Check your email and follow the instructions on the email.
 
I didn’t receive the password reset email
If you didn’t get the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
 - Make sure you entered the correct email address.
 - Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try again.
 - Did you register with Facebook? Check the email linked to your Facebook account.
 
Tips for creating a secure password
Your password is the first line of defense for your account. Make sure it’s strong and unique.
Password requirements:
- Must not be your email address.
 - Must be between 8 and 20 characters long.
 - Use a mix of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and/or special characters (e.g., !, @, #, $).
 
Avoid using:
- Your name or date of birth.
 - Common passwords like “password” or “123456”.
 - Passwords you’ve used on other websites.
 - Your registered email address.
