When will I receive the tickets?
Tickets for many sports events are often issued close to the event date, sometimes as late as 24 hours before the game. Rest assured, as part of our 100% guarantee, we ensure you will receive your tickets in time to enjoy the match.
How will I receive the tickets?
There are four ticket types available:
You can identify the type of ticket during checkout, in your confirmation email, or by checking under Profile > Orders > Current Tab.
Electronic
You will receive your tickets in PDF format.
Once the seller uploads the PDF to the transaction, you will get an email notification confirming delivery and an invitation to download your tickets.
How to Access Your Tickets:
- Log in to your StubHub International account.
- Navigate to “Orders” and select the “Open” tab.
- Find the transaction and click on “Get tickets” to download them.
Important: Do not print these tickets. You will need to scan them directly from your mobile device for entry.
In some cases, the seller may provide links for accessing your electronic tickets. You will receive an email with separate links for Android or Apple devices. Follow the instructions provided in the Mobile Ticket section for step-by-step guidance.
Mobile Ticket
Mobile tickets are digital tickets containing QR codes that must be presented on your smartphone for entry.
When Tickets Are Delivered:
You will receive an email confirming that your tickets have been delivered. There are two ways to access your tickets:
- Via Your StubHub International Account: Log in to your profile, navigate to "Orders," and click on "View Tickets."
- Via Email: You may receive the ticket as an email attachment.
On the Event Day
Ensure that your mobile ticket is accessible on your smartphone, as printed copies will not be accepted. Select your ticket and scan it at the gate for entry. Enjoy the match!
Mobile Transfer
These are digital tickets with QR codes that must be displayed on your smartphone.
When Tickets Are Delivered:
- You’ll receive an email confirming ticket delivery with two possible access methods:
- Individual links for each ticket: Open each link from your smartphone.
- ‘Accept Ticket’ buttons: Click each button in the email to access each ticket.
- After clicking, a new window will open and download the .pkpass file.
- For Android users: Install a wallet app like Passwallet, WalletPasses, or Pass2U Wallet. Tap the ⋯ icon, select “Share,” and choose your wallet app. Tap “Accept” to save the ticket.
- For iPhone users: Click “Add” to save to Apple Wallet. If you encounter issues opening the link from the email, copy and paste it into Safari.
- Open your wallet app to view your tickets.
On the Event Day
Make sure to bring your ticket on your smartphone. Printed versions will not be accepted. Open your wallet app, select your ticket, and scan at the gate. Enjoy the match!
Physical
These are hard-copy tickets.
- Shipping: Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Due to the timing of ticket issuance, it’s recommended to provide an address in Liverpool. If you need to update your address, follow these steps. Once the seller ships your tickets, you will receive an email with the courier details, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.
- Last-minute purchase: For purchases made close to the event, a representative will contact you to arrange in-person delivery on match day. Ensure your contact information is up-to-date.
