Have you bought tickets for one of the matches that will take place at the Crypto.com Arena? If so, we will explain to you when and how you will receive the tickets. So... here we go! ;)
When will I receive it?
Please note that for any sport events, the tickets will be issued by the promoter very close to the event, sometimes as close as 24 hours before the event.
As part of our Fan protect 100% guarantee we make sure that you will receive your tickets in time to enjoy the event.
How do I receive it?
There are 2 delivery options for this event:
You can identify your ticket type in the following ways:
- During the checkout you will be able to see this information
- In the confirmation email you receive once the order is confirmed
- From your Profile > "Orders" > "Current" tab
Below we will explain the details on how to receive the tickets dependending on the ticket type.
Print-at-Home
You will receive tickets as a PDF format.
Once the seller uploads the file to the transaction, you will receive an email with the delivery confirmation and an invitation to download from your account.
View your tickets
Login into your Account, go to "Orders", "Open" tab, under the transaction, click on "Get tickets" to download them. Don't forget to print them!
Mobile Transfer
The tickets will be transferred through LA Lakers Official App (Not the StubHub App) by using the same email address you have registered* in your StubHub International account. From that same application you will be able to open them, use them and even share them with your guests.
* How to review that? Easy! Go to your Profile. In the ACCOUNT INFO section, you can check the information we provided to your seller.
Once the seller transfers the tickets…
- You will receive an email from the original ticket provider confirming that the tickets have been transferred and asking you to accept them so that they are uploaded to your LA Lakers Official App. Just click on the "Accept Tickets" button.
- Can't find the email? Check your SPAM folder as well to ensure you do not miss any correspondence.
- Download the LA Lakers Official App and tap on "Tickets"
- Sign in with the email you have registered in our platform. And then, tap on "Forgot Password?" to generate a new one.
- Once logged in, you can check your tickets from the Tickets section.
On the event day...
Simply open tickets from the LA Lakers Official App and scan at the venue gate. Please ensure your phone is fully charged on the day of the event. This way, you'll avoid any last-minute hiccups and can enjoy your experience to the fullest!
Please note that downloaded or printed tickets will not be valid.
