To modify your listing, follow these steps:
- Login into your StubHub International profile
- Navigate to the 'Listings' section
- Go to the 'Active' tab
- Locate the listing you wish to update
- Click on 'Edit listing'
What can I do with my listing?
When editing your listing, you can:
- Adjust the ticket type and select a different delivery option from those available in the Edit Listing window.
- Modify the expected ship date under 'You'll have the tickets by'.
- Update the seat location and add new seats using the event map from StubHub International, accessed via 'Seat details'.
- Change the 'Ticket Face Value'
- Adjust the amount you wish to receive per ticket.
- Add 'Features & Comments' or 'Limitations' if applicable to your tickets.
- Upload e-tickets, ensuring each file is under 5 MB in size.
If you no longer wish to sell your tickets or want to use them elsewhere, you can delete the listing. Please note that modifications to a listing will not affect tickets that have already been sold. Changes will only apply to unsold tickets.
How to duplicate a listing?
Duplicating a listing can be useful for selling additional tickets for the same event without starting from scratch. To create a duplicate, simply click on the '+' icon and modify the necessary details.
