When will you receive your tickets?
Tickets are normally released very close to the event date, ranging from a few days to just 24 hours before the event takes place. Once your tickets are delivered you will be notified via email and will receive the instructions to get your tickets.

How to receive the tickets?
The tickets will be transferred through a third party app (Not the StubHub App) by using the same email address you have registered in your StubHub International account.
How to review that? Easy! Go to your Profile. In the ACCOUNT INFO section, you can check the information we provided to your seller.
From that same application you will be able to open them, use them and even share them with your guests.
Once the seller transfers the tickets...
- You will receive an email from the original ticket provider (Ticketmaster or NFL) confirming that the tickets have been transferred and asking you to accept them so that they are uploaded to your app. Just click on the "Accept Tickets" button.
- Can't find the email? Check your SPAM folder as well to ensure you do not miss any correspondence.
- Download the Ticketmaster App. Sign in with the email you have registered in our platform. And then, tap on "Forgot Password?" to generate a new one.
- Once logged in, go to "My Events" and then tap on "Super Bowl LIX event" to view your tickets.
On the event day...
Simply open tickets from the Ticketmaster App and scan at the venue gate. Please ensure your phone is fully charged on the day of the event. This way, you'll avoid any last-minute hiccups and can enjoy your experience to the fullest!
