Amount Detail | Four (4) winners will be selected separately in each Participating Market, for a total of sixteen (16) winners. Each winner will receive one StubHub International Promo Code with a value of: £50 in the United Kingdom; €50 in Germany; €50 in Spain; and US$50 in the United States. |

How to enter | To enter, an Eligible Participant must complete and submit the Survey during the Promotion Period. Completion and submission of the Survey is the only method of entry. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. |
Eligible Participants | Existing StubHub International customers aged 18 or over who: i) are resident in one of the Participating Markets; ii) receive an invitation from StubHub International to complete the customer survey (the “Survey”); and iii) complete and submit the Survey during the Promotion Period |
Winner selection | Four (4) winners will be selected separately for each Participating Market by a verifiably random selection process from all valid entries received in that market during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place within fourteen (14) days after the end of the Promotion Period. |
Winner notification | Winners will be contacted using the email address associated with the Survey invitation. A winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible, StubHub International may select an alternative winner using the same random selection process. |

Part 2 - General Terms and Conditions
- The Specific Terms and Conditions and these General Terms and Conditions together form the terms and conditions applicable to the StubHub International Customer Survey Prize Draw and to the use of any Promo Code awarded as a prize (the “Promotion Terms and Conditions”).
- The offer is available to StubHub International registered users who are of legal age in their country of residence. The offer is strictly forbidden for minors of age.
- The Promo Code is valid exclusively for the event(s), domain(s), and country(ies) specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code) and may be used only through our app unless otherwise stated.
- The Promo Code, the Promo Code expiration date, the Promo Code value (including maximum amount, if applicable), and, where applicable, the minimum purchase price, as well as any special restrictions that apply to the use of the code, are stated directly on the code or are included in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code) and/or in the message the Promo Code is transmitted in. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code), the conditions of the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code) shall prevail.
- Unless otherwise indicated in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code), only one Promo Code per registered user can be redeemed.
- The Promo Code will become valid when issued to the winner and will expire in accordance with the validity period specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions.
- A minimum Purchase Price may be required to redeem the Promo Code (the "Purchase Price" is the total price of all purchased items, including service charges and taxes).
- In the event a Promo Code is granted as a fixed amount (as opposed to a percentage Promo Code), and the purchase amount is less than the Promo Code, the unused Promo Code value will be forfeited.
- There may be a cap on the maximum percentage off per code. Applicable details can be found in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code).
- The Promo Code may not be applicable to certain events ("Excluded Events") or may only be applicable to certain events (“Eligible Events”) and/or may only be applicable for use on certain domains (“Eligible Sites”) (each a “Restriction”). These Restrictions will be indicated on the promotion or related advertisement (e.g., newsletter or website) and in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code). If no Restrictions are specified, the Promo Code is available for all events offered on all StubHub International sites.
- StubHub International’s User Agreement, Privacy and Cookie Notice apply to all purchases where Promo Code are used.
- This Promo Code cannot be used in combination with other codes, coupons, offers, gift certificates or other promotions available on any other StubHub International’s site.
- Promo Codes have no cash alternative and they are not transferable or assignable.
- If participants are eligible for a refund, neither the voucher nor its redeemable value will be refunded. Participants will receive the maximum amount they have actually paid as the purchase amount.
- These Promo Code Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of the jurisdiction mentioned in the Specific Terms and Conditions and any dispute regarding the Promo Code will be heard in the courts of the jurisdiction mentioned in the Specific Terms and Conditions.
- In accordance with StubHub International's User Agreement, StubHub International operates solely as a marketplace and does not act as a ticket seller. Consequently, StubHub International assumes no responsibility for the tickets or the services associated with them.
- StubHub International reserves the right to interrupt, modify, or cancel this promotion at any time if the circumstances make appropriate action by StubHub International necessary due to operational, legal, or other relevant circumstances. StubHub International may also introduce additional specific terms and conditions applicable to parts of this promotion without prior notice.
- Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded. StubHub International is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not successfully submitted due to technical failures or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
- This promotion is operated by the entity specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Promo Code). StubHub International reserves the right to delegate the operation of the promotion to its affiliates at any time, without prior notice.
- StubHub International reserves the right to invalidate any Promo Code and/or cancel any related transactions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the offer, or violation of these Promo Code Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English and shall prevail in the event of any conflict between translated versions.
